I first contacted you having decided on replacing my oil boiler with a Worcester Bosch boiler and finding you on their accredited list of installers. My initial telephone call was dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner and I was put in touch with Craig. As my point of contact with Blue Flame, I felt totally assured and confident with the advice and communication that Craig gave me from start to finish. He is an affable chap and a really good front to your company. I was particularly pleased that Craig pointed me in the direction of going for a LPG system rather than the replacement oil boiler that I had planned. Also the immediate contact that he provided with Calor was very timely and beneficial as they had a fantastic offer on tank installation which I just managed to take advantage of before the offer ended. Following the installation of the LPG tank, Craig had everything in place for fitting the new boiler straight away. The plumbers and electricians that came to carry out the installation were a credit to your company. They were professional and polite, and really did an excellent job which we are very pleased with.
